  1. In a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt). Gently fold in the mango. Set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the eggmilk and melted butter. Add this to the flour mixture and stir until well combined.
  3. Spread batter into a greased 8 x 8 inch baking pan
  4. Combine topping ingredients (brown sugar, flour and walnuts) and sprinkle over batter.
  5. Bake in oven at 425°F for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the top is lightly golden brown.
