Ingredients[]
- 1 banana, split lengthwise
- 3 scoops cottage cheese
- 1 mango, peeled and sliced
- 6 slices papaya
- 1 tbsp granola
- 3 oz cream cheese
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 3 tbsp honey
- ¾ cup whipped heavy cream
Directions[]
- Place 3 scoops of creamed cottage cheese on banana halves sliced lengthwise.
- Top with mango and papaya slices.
- Sprinkle with 1 tbsp granola.
- Serve with dressing by blending 3 oz cream cheese, 1 tbsp lime juice, 3 tbsp honey and ¾ cup whipped heavy cream.
