  1. Combine all dry ingredients to form crumbs.
  2. Reserve ½ cup for topping.
  3. Add butter, milk, egg and vanilla to crumb mixture.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Put in greased and floured pan.
  6. Add mangos.
  7. Cover with reserved crumbs.
  8. Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes.
