  1. Put the curd in a muslin cloth and allow to hang for 10 minutes.
  2. Press to make sure the excess water is removed.
  3. Peel off skin of the mango and take out the pulp.
  4. Mash the paneer till smooth and creamy.
  5. Blend mango pulp,curd, with Milkmaid and mango essence in a blender to make it smooth.
  6. Chill till almost frozen.
