  1. Add water to mango slices and cook 15 minutes until tender.
  2. Put mixture in food processor and chop fine.
  3. Return to pot and add sugar and lemon juice.
  4. Boil until thick.
  5. Pour into hot sterilized jars and seal.
  6. Process in boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
