Ingredients
- 2 cups Sugar
- 2 tsp. dry mustard
- 6 green mangos, chopped
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 oz. fresh mint, minced
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 cups vinegar
Directions
Bring Sugar, vinegar and mustard to a simmer. Remove from heat. Place mangos, onions, garlic and mint in a bowl and pour hot vinegar mixture over. Add Raisins and salt. Stir well. Pack into hot sterile jars and process in boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
