Ingredients[]
- 6 – 8 half ripe mangoes
- 2 tsp lime juice
- ⅔ cup sugar
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 unbaked pie shell

- Make a rich pie crust.
- Peel mangoes and slice very thin.
- Mix with other ingredients.
- Top with bits of butter.
- Cover or criss-cross with pie crust.
- Bake about 40 minutes at 350°F.
