  1. Combine all ingredients (except dough).
  2. Roll out ½ pie dough.
  3. Line a 9" pie pan and trim excess.
  4. Fill pie shell with fruit mixture.
  5. Roll out other half of dough and top pie.
  6. Press edges together and cut slits in center.
  7. Bake 55 minutes or until brown in 425°F oven.
