Ingredients[]
- 3 ripe mangoes
- ¼ cup confectioners sugar
- ¼ cup framboise (raspberry liqueur)
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 pound cake, frozen or homemade
- whipped cream
Directions[]
- Peel and cut the flesh into slices and place mangoes in a bowl. Sprinkle with sugar.
- Add framboise and chill.
- Just before serving: slice pound cake and place on dessert plates.
- Top with the mango mixture.
- Top this with a dollop of whipped cream and a handful of fresh raspberries.
