In medium saucepan, mix gelatin and orange juice. Let stand 1 minute. Stir over low heat until gelatin is completely dissolved. Remove from heat and stir in mango, vanilla and salt. Chill, stirring occasionally, until mixture mounds slightly when dropped from a spoon. Beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Gradually add Sugar and beat until stiff. Fold into gelatin mixture. Turn into 5-cup serving bowl or individual dessert dishes. Chill until firm. Garnish with chopped almonds or other nuts.
