  • This recipe yields about 1 cup of vinaigrette.

  1. Place all the ingredients, except the oil, in a blender or food processor and puree.
  2. With the motor running, add the oil in a thin stream.
  3. The vinaigrette can be refrigerated, covered, for up to 1day.
  4. Bring to room temperature and whisk to re-emulsify before serving.
