  1. Combine water and sugar in small saucepan.
  2. Bring to boil, shaking pan gently until sugar is dissolved.
  3. Boil 1 minute.
  4. Transfer to medium bowl and let cool completely.
  5. Add mango puree and lemon juice and mix well.
  6. Force through a fine sieve.
  7. Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's instructions.
