- This recipe yields about 1 cup of vinaigrette.
Ingredients[]
- ½ cup sour cream
- 6 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 whole egg
- 2½ cups salad oil
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- ½ cup red wine vinegar
- ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions[]
- In processor mix sour cream, mustard and eggs.
- Add oil in a thin stream.
- Add vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
- Mix well.
- It should be very thick.
- Chill.
