Acorn squash with cranberry

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Melt butter or margarine in microwave; stir in mustard, then syrup.
  3. Place potatoes in a roasting pan coated with cooking spray.
  4. Pour mustard sauce and pepper over potatoes, toss to coat and spread evenly.
  5. Bake 1 hour, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender.
