Maple Clove Twists Source: Rachael Ray


Ice cubes
3 oz. (1/4 cup plus 2 T.) apricot brandy
2 oz. vermouth (sweet)
2 oz. pure maple syrup
1 t. whole cloves


Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes. Add the brandy, vermouth, maple syrup and cloves. Shake well and strain into 2 brandy snifters or small glasses. Makes 2 drinks.
