Marie Callanders' Honey Bacon Butter

• Makes 1 cup

Ingredients

• ½ cup butter softened
• ½ cup honey
• 6 slices bacon, crisp and crumbled

Directions

1. Put butter in a mixing bowl.
2. Mix with electric mixer (medium/low speed).
3. Gradually add honey, then bacon.
4. Refrigerate (up to one week).
