  1. Grease large saucepan with cooking oil.
  2. Add marshmallows and melt over low heat; watch carefully.
  3. Quickly stir in cereal; mix well.
  4. With buttered spoon (or spoon dipped in water), press into greased 8 inch square pan.
  5. Cut into 25 squares.
