In Romanian: Mazurka II
- 10 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup golden raisins
- 1 cup dark raisins
- 1 cup chopped figs
- finely chopped peel from 1 orange
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- Beat the sugar with the yolks, add flour, mix well, then add the fruits and [[almond.
- Sliced almonds|sliced almonds]], vanilla and orange peel; at the end add the whipped egg whites.
- Fold them in gently and pour everything in a buttered rectangular pan covered with paper.
- Bake at medium heat.
- When cold, cut into the desired shape.
