Meatloaf

Meat loaf

Ingredients

  • ⅔ cup dried breadcrumbs, soaked in
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1½ lbs ground beef
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1 1/2 tsp Tony's creole seasoning
  • 1 tsp liquid smoke
  • 1 pkg onion soup mix
  • 1 tsp A1 steak sauce
  • ½ teaspoon sage

Glaze

Directions

  1. Combine meatloaf ingredients.
  2. Put in loaf pan.
  3. Top with glaze.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until no longer pink in center.
