MEAT AND VEGGIE PITAS WITH YOGURT
- 1 tsp oil
- 2 cups strips of meat (beef, lamb or pork)
- 1 tsp each ground cumin and dried oregano
- 4 warmed pocketless pitas
- Shredded lettuce
- sliced onion
- slicedcucumber
- sliced tomato
- Plain yogurt
Directions[]
Heat oil in skillet. Add meat, sprinkle with cumin and oregano. Saute 2 min. or until hot. Remove from heat. Top pitas with lettuce, onion, cucumber, tomato. Top with meat. Dollop with yogurt, roll up and serve.
