  1. Combine Beef, breadcrumbs, Onion, celery, worcestershire sauce, eggs, garlic salt and pepper; mix thoroughly.
  2. Shape into 2 dozen balls 1-1/2 inches in diameter.
  3. Place in buttered shallow baking pan.
  4. Bake at 375 degrees 20 minutes.
  5. Prepare soup mix according to package directions using beef broth for the liquid.
  6. Add meat balls.
  7. Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
  8. Stir in wine and sour cream.
  9. Heat; then serve over beds of fluffy rice.
