For a delicious twist on the traditional meatloaf, try this turkey version. Prepared pesto and oregano add lots of flavor.
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen spinach, thawed
- ½ cup Atkins bread crumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3 tablespoons prepared pesto
- ¼ cup cream
- 1 garlic cloves, pushed through a press
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
