MERLOT SAUCE This is a recipe I obtained from an Estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Corrigan Estate in Justin, Texas in 1992. 1 bottle merlot wine 2 cans chicken broth 1 can beef broth 2 tablespoons unsalted butter room temperature 1 tablespoon all purpose flour 1 tablespoon olive oil Boil wine and broths in heavy saucepan over high heat for 1 hour.
