This spirulina smoothie bowl is topped with aquamarine-colored fruits. Frosty blueberries and blackberries have a scaly glisten to them, while pops of kiwi make this dish appear as teal as a mermaid’s tail.

  1. In a blender, combine the milk, yogurt, bananas, apple, spirulina, and ice cubes.
  2. Blend on high speed until completely smooth.
  3. Spoon into small serving bowls.
  4. Swirl a spoonful of yogurt into each bowl to garnish, creating a barreling wave pattern, then top with the frozen berries and kiwi.
  5. Use a melon baller to scoop balls of dragon fruit and add them to the bowls.
