  1. Wash the clam and place in a saucepan with shell and all.
  2. Cover with the tomato, coriander, onion, pepper and parsley (everything minced).
  3. Add the olive oil and water.
  4. Season them with salt and pepper.
  5. Cover the saucepan and simmer until the clams open and the sauce thickens.
  6. Serve in their shell.
