Ingredients[]
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 (8 oz) taco sauce
- 1 (10 oz) enchilada sauce
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- soft corn tortillas
- 1 (12 oz) cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions[]
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Sauté ground beef.
- Drain grease.
- In a large bowl or pan, combine ground beef, onion, sauces, and soups.
- Line a greased casserole dish with crumbled (torn in pieces) soft corn tortillas.
- Pour in meat mixture.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Top with cheese and bake 10 minutes more.
