MEXICAN PARTY DIP 1 large container sour cream 2 (8 oz.) container salsa (1 mild and 1 hot) 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Monterey Jack cheese chopped scallions 2 ripe avocados tortilla chips

Peel and mash avocados. Spread on bottom of serving dish. Spread the sour cream over avocado. Combine both containers of salsa; spread over sour cream. Grate cheese over all and garnish with scallions. Refrigerate at least 4 hours. Serve with tortilla chips.
