Ingredients[]
- 1 kg fresh cabbage, finely chopped
- 1 can of red beans (or one cup cooked beans)
- 1 can of sweet corn (or one cup of cooked corn)
- 3-5 roasted and peeled red or green peppers (chopped)
- 4-6 pickles, very finely chopped
- 1-4 spoonfuls of dill
- hot sauce like chili sauce or Tabasco
- salt, oil and vinegar or lemon juice to taste
Directions[]
- First chop the cabbage, mix it with the salt and vinegar/lemon juice and press with your hand so that the cabbage gets more tender.
- Then add everything else and mix well. Better served cold.
