Crushed tortilla chips give this burger a great texture and an interesting bite!

  1. Prepare an outside grill with an oiled rack set 4 inches above the heat source. On a gas grill, set the heat to high.
  2. Combine the meat with the remaining ingredients.
  3. Shape into 6 patties.
  4. Grill the burgers, turning once, for a total of 8 to 10 minutes until the Turkey is white throughout.
