rice cream

Ingredients Edit

  • 1 liter milk
  • 1/2 glass powdered rice
  • 3/4 glass Sugar
  • 1 glass roughly ground pistacchios

Directions Edit

Dilute the rice in a bit of cold water. Boil the milk and add the rice. Stir until the mixture thickens. Pour in cups and allow to cool. Sprinkle pistacchios on the surface before serving.
