- Cookie layer
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. Hershey's Syrup
- Mint Cream layer
- 2 c. confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 1 tbsp. water
- 1/2 tsp. mint extract
- 3 drops green Food coloring
- Chocolate Topping
- 6 tbsp. butter
- 1 cup Hershey's mint chocolate chips
Directions[]
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease rectangular pan 13x9x2 inch.
- In mixing bowl, beat flour, sugar, butter, eggs and syrup until smooth.
- Pour into prepared pan.
- Bake 30 minutes or until top springs back when touched.
- Cool in pan.
- Beat until smooth.
- In a small bowl combine mint cream layer ingredients
- Spread mint cream over cookie base.
- Chill.
- In a small microwave safe bowl, melt butter and mint chocolate chips on high for 1 - 1 1/2 minutes or until chips are just melted
- Stir until mixture is smooth
- Pour chocolate topping over dessert.
- Cover and chill again.
