Yield : 16 x ¼ cup servings
- 1 cup apples, chopped
- 1 cup bananas, sliced
- 8 oz pineapple chunks, unsweetened, drained
- ½ cup raisins
- ½ cup celery, chopped
- ⅓ cup mayo, reduced calories
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 16 lettuce leaves, optional
- Combine all ingredients except lettuce leaves.
- Toss gently to coat, and chill 1 to 2 hours.
- Serve on lettuce leaves, if desired.
