Makes 2 cups.

Ingredients Edit

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 2 tbs water
  • 1 tbs lemon juice

Directions Edit

  1. Peel bananas and cut into 1 inch pieces.
  2. Place banana slices and strawberries on a wax paper lined rimmed baking sheet.
  3. Freeze 2 hours or until frozen.
  4. Process fruit, water and juice in a food processor until smooth.
  5. Serve immediately or freeze.
  6. Garnish servings with whole strawberries and mint leaves.
