Mock Chopped Liver

Ingredients

• 1 large or 2 medium onions
• 2 hard boiled eggs
• 1 cup walnuts
• 1 small can peas, drained

Directions

1. Chop onions and saute until colour changes (mixture should be slightly liquidy).
2. Process hard boiled eggs and walnuts.
3. Mash drained peas.
4. Mix all together well.
