- 8 oz egg beaters 99% egg
Directions[]
- In an 8" skillet, pour egg beaters, or substitute.
- Cover tightly; cook over low heat 10 min or until just set.
- Remove from heat; let stand, covered for 10 min.
- Remove from skillet and cool completely.
- Chop and use in your favorite egg salad recipe or sprinkle over salads or casseroles.
