  4. Add salt, if desired.
  5. Mix with vegetable oil in bowl.
  6. Mixture should be fairly consistency.
  7. Add the corned beef in bits.
  8. Mixture should be put in aluminum foil bag and sealed.
  9. Place in large pot with 2 cups of boiling water.
  10. Allow to cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
  11. Add water to pot, if needed.
  12. The moi-moi comes out solid when it cools.
