Moldovan Black Butter

Ingredients

• 7 oz / 200 g butter
• 7 oz / 200 g black olives

Directions

1. Pit the olives and then keep them in warm water for 5 – 6 hours.
2. Drain well, sieve and then mix with butter.
3. Serve spreading on rye crisp bread.
