Molletes

Butter or margarine 8 to 10 French rolls, cut lengthwise into halves or quarters Garlic powder with Parsley (Lawry's) 1 can refried beans (16 oz) Salsa 2 cups shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese (8 oz)

spread butter on cut sides of rolls; lightly sprinkle with garlic powder with parsley. Toast under broiler until just golden. Spread each with equally divided portions of refried beans and salsa. Top with cheese. Broil until heated through and cheese is melted. Serve with guacamole. Makes 16 to 20 appetizers. Source: Unknown
