  1. Prehat oven to 375°F.
  2. Peel and boil sweet potatoes until soft; cool slightly.
  3. Mash potatoes until creamy.
  4. Add eggs, brown sugar, orange juice, butter, cinnamon and cloves and mix well.
  5. Place in a lightly greased 2-quart casserole and smooth the top.
  6. Set aside.

Syrup Edit

  1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, warm brown sugar, orange juice and butter until melted.
  2. Arrange pecans on top of sweet potatoes and drizzle with syrup.
  3. Bake for 35 minutes,.
