Mom Marcon's Shrimp and Zucchini Sauce

1 large can tomatoes olive oil Garlic and onion, chopped 1 zucchini Mushrooms Parsley Seasonings: bay leaf, oregano, etc. Jumbo shrimp Red wine

Saute garlic, onion, chopped mushrooms and chopped zucchini in olive oil. Add wine, then add tomatoes (no juice). Add shrimp. Serve over pasta.
