Monaka Wafer Shells can be stuffed with red bean paste, ice cream, fruits, chestnut paste, purple potato mash, or anything else your heart desires. Most Monaka recipes don't provide a monaka SHELL recipe, but this one does.

For ten pieces of Monaka Wafer shells:
- White ball flour 3 tbsp corn starch 1 tbsp water 2,5 tbsp. Salad oil Dosage Rice (heavy stone replacement) Dosage

- Mix everything into a ball and knead.
- Divide into 10 equal parts.
- Preheat oven to 230 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Grease the place where you want to sandwich one pair of dough with salad oil.
- Sandwich it between the oven-safe food molds (silicone mold cups? fun shapes are OK) and press it tightly.
- Pour a small amount of rice into the silicone molds' cavities, so the Monaka does not become misshapen.
- Bake in the oven for 11 minutes and peel immediately.
