  1. Combine soy sauce, rice wine, chile garlic paste and sesame oil in a large bowl.
  2. Add meat and marinate for 1 hour (or overnight in the refrigerator).
  3. Heat an electric grill, stovetop grill pan or outdoor grill and cook meat until just done, being careful not to overcook.
  4. Serve immediately.
