  1. Cut ends off the eggs.
  2. Stand upright on a plate lined with lettuce to create a mushroom stem.
  3. Slice tomatoes in half lengthwise, hollow out a bit of the centers and place on the eggs to form (mushroom) caps (if your tomatoes are too big just trim the edges back).
  4. Dot the flybanes' (mushroom) caps with mayonnaise.
