Description

Ham and cheese pie topped with olives or mushrooms. Great appetizer or brunch.

Muenster & Cheddar Cheese Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 cup ham, chopped
  • 1/2 cup muenster cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup black olives or mushrooms, chopped

Directions

In medium bowl, combine eggs, milk and flour; beat until smooth.
Add all but final ingredient; mix.
Pour into greased 9" pan.
Top with olives or mushrooms if desired.
Bake at 400°F for 30-35 minutes (until golden brown and slightly puffy).
