Muesli, when soaked overnight in milk or yogurt, has the same creaminess and stick-to-your-ribs quality as hot cereal. If you prefer a crunchy consistency, just pour milk over the dry mix and eat it immediately. You can store the combined dry ingredients in a zip-top plastic bag. Make a single serving by adding 1/2 cup milk to 3/4 cup cereal.
