Cream dish
Ingredients[]
- 1 kilo milk
- 250 g sugar
- 80 g rice flour
- 1 vanilla
Directions[]
- Mix in a bowl the rice flour and the sugar and add slowly the milk, taking care that the rice flour dissolves completely.
- Pour the mixture in a non-stick saucepan and place it over the heat, stirring it continuously with a wooden spoon until it thickens.
- As soon as it starts to thicken, add the vanilla.
- Serve the cream in a bowl and let it cool off.
