Mushroom Marinade California
- 1 Pound Small Mushrooms
- 3/4 Cup salad oil
- 1/3 Cup red wine vinegar
- 2 T. lemon juice
- 3 T. chives, Chopped
- 1 T. tarragon
- 1 Small clove garlic, Chopped
- 1 T. salt
- 1/2 T. sugar
Combine All Ingredients Except Mushrooms. Pour Marinade Over The Mushrooms And Marinate Several Hours, Turning Occasionally. Drain And Serve.Source: Come Into The Kitchen
