When the British hostesses served prawn cocktails in 1980s, the Estonian hostesses had to settle for the non-prawn versions. One of them is mushroom salad.

  1. Mix mushrooms, grated cheese, cubed apples together well.
  2. Now topped with a dollop of sour cream 3.
  3. In the end season with hot mustard and salt and sugar.
  4. For the garnish, use some dill.
