Mushroom Seasoned Rice

1 cup brown rice 1/2 cup butter 1 can condensed beef broth 1/2 soup can water 1 can button mushrooms, drained (4 oz)

Brown rice in melted butter in skillet. Stir constsantly. In 1 1/2 quart casserole, mix rice and butter with beef broth and water. Cover; bake in 375 oven for 1 1/4 hours. Stir in mushrooms and continue to bake 15 minutes longer. Serves 6 Source: My Old Recipes
