Mushroom and Orzo Casserole

8 oz. pkg orzo pasta, prepared 1/2 cup margarine, softened 1 1/2 oz. pkg. onion soup mix 4 oz. can mushroom stems and pieces, drained

combine orzo, margarine, soup mix and mushrooms. Pour into a 2 quart casserole dish, cover and bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake another 10 minutes. Serves 6 Source: Laurie Gross, Thousand Oaks, Ca.
